My name is Dave Zywiec and I am the owner of DJZ Roofing. While working for my Dad's roofing company throughout highschool, I began learning the trade and sharpening my skills. In 1999, I turned my summer roofing job into a career and have not looked back since. I was taught from a young age to be respectful of people and their property. If you hire DJZ Roofing, we will treat your house and property as our own. As a working contractor, I not only measure your roof but also install it. We do not use salesman or hard sell tactics. I try to give you a thorough assessment of your roof and provide you with all the facts so that you are able to make an informed decision.

Expectations
* We work Monday-Friday until your roof is complete. We will not leave your job or skip days to go do other work
* We maintain a neat and tidy jobsite. Everyday prior to leaving, all materials and equipment are picked up. Also, we run a magnet to catch any stray nails.
* There will be no loud radios, shouting or other unnecessary disturbances to you or your neighbors
* A source of electricity must by provided to operate our tools
* Full driveway access is required for our trucks, trailer/dumpster and roofing materials
